- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 27, 2019, by Orlando RamosI bought a laptop about 5 months ago. Now, the hard drive had this error: hard Disk failure imminent. Needless to say, the computer is shot. I call the store and Gina (store manager) says that it is Hp problem and anything bought after 30-days inst really their problem anymore. I only use the computer for work and never even downloaded anything besides Microsoft office products. Which i also purchased at this store. My experience dealing with OfficeMax is very negative and i would not recommend to anyone.
