  Horrible customer service. I walked in and browsed and noted the reps were assisting other customers. I then walked up to the register to ask a question about something that I was looking for. The cashier stared blankly at me and put his head down without saying a word, despite the fact that I asked him a question directly woth no one else around. He finally acknowledged me, partially answered my question and continued to stare at his screen. I asked him what I would need to do next to secure their service for tailoring. Still, no answer. I waited a minute or so and walked directly out the door. Go to Men's Warehouse, they practically knock out their other associates to get your attention there.
