  Completely ruined my watch. Took it in to have it regulated and get a piece of dust removed from under the crystal. When it was done the watch still ran slow, there was a big smudge on the dial that I'm not even sure can be removed, and even more dirt under the crystal than when I brought it in.

  I had broken a chain, had no idea what to do about it nor do I know much about jewelry. The woman at the front table was incredible!! She was knowledgeable, courteous, didn't try to over sell me. I will absolutely go here again and drop hints to my husband as well :)
