  Can't attest to the hunting/fishing area, but overall okay service here. Sometimes it's hit or miss. Keep in mind it's a base level customer service job that is usually filled by teenagers who might not know everything about the products, can be new to customer service, or in some cases just don't really care and there's a high rate of turnover just like any other retail job. They have a decent shoe selection for women and I usually get my Brooks here. Sometimes you walk in and someone helps you right away, other times they are missing or don't approach you to offer help. I've never had a rude employee run in, though, just not knowledgeable sometimes. I had trouble finding some hand weights I saw online and basically just got a shrug from the employee helping me. I didn't want them that badly anyway so I just ended up leaving.
